Entry Fees/Costs

Entry fees for AIGA members are $30 per entry, and $10 for student members. Fees for non-members are $40 per entry, $20 for student non-members. Campaigns are considered one entry, and must be marked (1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.). Payment by cash or check only MUST be submitted with the entries. Make checks payable to AIGA SC.

New for 2009: In celebration of the 15th Anniversary of InShow, AIGA is offering special pricing for multiple entries. For every five paid entries, you receive one entry for FREE. So, to get the free entry, you must enter six items. (Remember, campaigns count as one item). You can enter as many items as you like, and every sixth entry is totally FREE! This deal is valid for both members and non-members.

Also note that we have reduced the student member entry fee from $15 to $10, to give students who are members more incentive to participate in the show.

LATE ENTRY FEES: All entries received after the 9/22/09 deadline will be deemed LATE and will be subject to an additional $10/entry late fee, regardless of member status. Late entries will be accepted until 3pm, Friday, 9/25/09 via US Mail ONLY. (See drop-off location/deadline for mailing address for late entries).
